  • total acidity: 4,2 - P.H: 3,3
  • volatile acidity: 0,38
  • malolactic fermentation: undone
  • free SO2 content: +/- 30 mg/l


Potential ageing: ready to drink

Tasting comments:

Aromas are complex; at the same time delicate and concentrated!
The mouth is fruity and round. The conclusion is pleasant and long-lasting.
Very nice to fish, mixed salads, starter or for the aperitif with crisps.

Vinification:

  • traditional, between 16°C and 18°C
  • keeping on fine less
  • breeding in new or one year old barrels for 10 months


Analysis:

  • alcohol content: 12,5% Vol.
  • total acidity: 4,2 - P.H: 3,3
  • volatile acidity: 0,38
  • malolactic fermentation: undone
  • free SO2 content: +/- 30 mg/l

Potential ageing: 2/3 years

 

Tasting comments:

Aromas are extraordinarily harmonious.

The complexity, the delicacy and intenseness of these aromas reveel perfectly riped fruit.

In the mouth also, it is round and fruity.

 

 

The well-known French wine-magazine « La Revue du Vin de France » wrote about this wine in March 1999.
